Cows Milk - Even Cows Don't Drink It

This article puts an interesting slant on our consumption of milk. Many people suffer from symptoms which are milk related but suggesting they remove cows milk from their diet is often met with shock, horror and disbelief. After all dairy products make up a large proportion of most western diets.

But the symptoms described in the article about the author's autistic son are identical to what we experienced with our autistic son. It's only now, 20 years later, that our son has begun to eat anything that has milk in it. A simple thing like putting cheese on a salad or pizza, he used to make a huge fuss about. Now he almost craves more of it.
